For DeLonn, perpetuating his business career couldn’t compare to the satisfaction of helping his family, and others, learn via technology. Early learning is critical for a child’s development, and sadly too many lack the educational engagement needed, prior to age six, where 90% of brain development occurs. EduCharacter is an early learning platform that uses a voice-interactive plush robot to help kids build social, emotional, and language skills. Many describe the platform as a "child's 1st computer" or a "physical, interactive and screenless version of Mr. Rogers." To Delonn, the product is the head start students need to set them on a path towards long term success. This technology puts young learners on a path to success by encouraging a growth mindsets.
