**Froogle**

Froogle is a mobile app that sends you special deals that pop up automatically on your cell phone when you are in the proximity of a Froogle Friendly Location.

**Tell us the story of how and why you started your company.**

I have been in advertising for almost 20 years and I heard the same thing over and over again from businesses.  The businesses are always looking for something that differentiates them from their competitors and hits their target market…and the consumer is always looking for a deal.  I started Froogle because I saw a need for this product on both the customer and business side.

**What's your most recent success or milestone hit?**

We have a number of success stories, but I think the ones that mean the most are from customers that use Froogle. When I see one of our customers get excited and smile from receiving a special coupon on Froogle, that to me is success.

**Where do you see your startup in 1 year?**

I see Froogle growing into more markets outside of Minnesota. We have been told by many that they wish we were in their state, so expansion is probably going to be what we see happening.
