However, keeping up with this ever-changing field continues to create headaches for all involved in the process. With this problem in mind, JJ Parker and Melissa Albers set out to create a solution. Parker, with a background in software development, and Albers, a talented leadership and organizational development coach, knew that happier employees lead to overall improvement in a company's performance. Together, they looked to combine their talents to create an employee development program that not only kept pace with, but stayed ahead of the field. In September of 2016, the duo launched Corology, a professional coaching platform that delivers affordable, personalized development tools to employees at every level. Since the launch, the program has been continually updated with new, relatable content that is fine-tuned to each employee's individual personality. Whether a shop of five or an office of hundreds, Corology provides valuable training to every employee.
