Beta.MN 1.5 Hosts Twin Cities Startup Week Kickoff Party

Earlier this year Beta.MN hosted its first event – 1.0 – at the Day Block Brewery. If you missed it, you missed 300+ tech enthusiasts, 12 of the Twin Cities’ most promising startups, four kegs of Minneapolis’ newest craft brew and one damn good time. The event was such a success that we’ve decided to do another one.

For Beta.MN 1.5 we’re keeping many of the familiar elements that you’ve come to know and love – free beer, fun people, cool startups, voting tokens, and the infamous "Golden iPod." Changes include the venue – we’ll be partying at Worrell’s innovation headquarters, the Wlab – and 1.5 will be host to the kickoff event of Minnesota’s newest startup initiative – Twin Cities Startup Week (TCSW).

That’s right, 1.5 is your first glimpse at an entire week’s worth of startup-related activities sponsored by TCSW. So, start the week right by joining us on September 9th at 6:00 to celebrate the next group of Minnesota’s up-and-coming startups. Tickets will be limited, enthusiasm will not.
